You may pay for services offered by SDS by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
On your initial lesson your instructor reserves the right to cancel the lesson without prior notice if you fail to show a valid UK provisional driving licence. There may be a charge for this cancellation.
You must make your instructor aware of any matters that may affect your ability or right to drive in the UK. For example but not limited to, any lack, or loss, of a valid provisional driving licence.
Prices can vary throughout the UK. Prices quoted are based upon initial location and can change if lesson location changes. Lessons are usually 1 hour long unless otherwise stated. Normally a 2 hour lesson is required on the test day, this is one hour practice and one hour test time.
Any introductory offers are usually for new drivers only. Please ask SDS for more details.
A cancellation notice of at least 48 hours is required by your instructor. Failure to do so may result in a charge.
Services bought online are usually refundable under most circumstances. However by paying in advance you agree that there may be some exceptions where you may not receive a full refund if you request to do so.
Services such as lessons are usually not transferable unless purchased as a gift. You cannot sell or transfer lessons unless prior agreement with SDS.
Your Instructor at SDS is not liable to you for any loss or damage caused.
These terms and conditions will not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
